Before Israel we were the world's most loved Republic, our constitution was the most respected and we were the most free nation producing 70% of the world's production.Since Israel we are teh world's most hated, most distrusted and most indebted nation on the planet. 2/3 of the whole of mankind hates us. Scheuer is right. Fine, we helped establish Israel. We've been the surrogate mother for Israel too long. Sure, they face threats everyday, but they have the tools (which we gave them) to defend themselves. Why do we need to continue to invest in something which continues to threaten our world image? It's all about the money!!!!!!! No moral imperative!!!!
