"Taser This: Fuck Bush!"

Yesterday, Brett Okamoto, a Colorado State University student, added a four word column to the school's newspaper, The Rocky Mountain Collegian.

All the column said was, "Taser This: Fuck Bush".

If you missed the news earlier, Andrew Meyer, a student at The Univerity of Florida, was tasered at a John Kerry event, for invoking his right to freely speak:

Bret's statement caused an uproar, which lead to the fanatical Republican students to call for his firing. Some people were critical of what he did, and other's supported Brett's Free Speech Rights: Collegian

Thankfully, Brett was able to keep his Job.

I don't understand how words became so threatening that we are no longer free to say what we want.

The student proved his point: Free speech is quickly disappearing in the United States.

(You can also observe this when an individual asks an "uncomfortable" question to the President, he/she are removed from the immediate are. Or when a Physician told Dick Cheney to "go fuck yourself," during his visit after Hurricane Katrina--That Physician was later arrested over this incident. Or how the government's Gestapo has created "Pro-President Zones, which gives immediate access to his appearances, and "No-Go Zones," where dissenters are restricted to a tiny area to assemble, that is far away from the President and any media coverage).

Colleges and universities that used to be the place to express yourself and experience freedom, are now experiencing the same lockdown as every other institution, in this Great nation.

This uncalled-for uproar should Jar the American people to awaken from their slumber, and realize that their Civil Liberties are slowly-but surely being denied them.

This Is A Creeping Process!

You can say that this is the Bush Regime's "Mission Creep," scenario for terminating any lawful dissent.

These Republican Fascists, Christian Fundamentalists, Neo-Con-Artists, and Zio-Nazi's are too smart to flood us all at once with restrictive laws.

When they completely take away our rights, we won't know what hit us.

Because, they've been taking them away one right-at-a-time, over a period of time.
