Joe Scarborough started his program by asking the question: "Is George W. Bush stupid, or Just inarticulate?" (Is that really debatable?).

Not only did Joe do a great rundown of clips involving some of the most famous "Bushisms," but he also had an interesting conversation regarding that question with Lawrence O'Donnell and John Fund.

Lawrence O'Donnell said:
